I’ve only worn it two days, but it is comfortable enough to wear all day on the first day. It doesn’t slide up & have to be pulled down. The hooks are difficult to close, I wish they were on the other side, it’s wider at the bottom, so I can’t flip it. It’s easy enough to release at the end of the day.

I hope it shrinks my waist!

I wanted to not only look more shapely under my clothes, but fit into those cute little dresses again without feeling conspicuous about my belly, as well as retrain my waist. After kids, I have not been able to shake the belly bulge. So far this waist trainer is seamless and totally unnoticeable under my clothes and even helps with my posture. I wear mine about 5-7 hours per day and I am hoping to see more permanent results in my waist after wearing it more. It is a little on the long side but I have a short torso. Definitely a great buy and good quality.

I ordered a medium based on the dimensions provided, but it was a size too big.

The cincher was big. I measured my waist 5 times just to make sure I got the right size.
It is not for long torsos. At least not not for a 5' 7.
I called customer service a couple of times with no luck and i left messages and no response.
It is well made though. It is comfortable and stronger.
Way better quality than other cinchers i ve tried.

Its a great product but for me it is to long for my torso, but since i received it a little over 10 days ago i cant return it.

I am 5'6" and i purchased this for support and slimming. slimming = perfect. this helped shape my lower abdomen and sides nicely. support= great. only con is that i have a desk job and the lower front half bends when i am seated. other than that, i am happy and will be purchasing again.

I like the quality of the waist trainer, nice and smooth lines. I needed a different size and the customer service I recieved was absolutely some of the best I've ever received from a company. They were very prompt in answering my email. I recieved the new product and envelope to send the other back free of charge. I will definitely suggest them to others and will purchase again in the future.

I am a frequent buyer of body cinchers and others just don't compare. The strength and quality can't be beat. Well worth the money

It was too large, even though I asked questions about how to order the correct size.

I do like this waist trainer but the torso is soo long that I can't bend without it gabbing my boobs. When I sit it pushes my boobs up so far that it makes me look really weird and uncomfortable.

I have a well-proportioned 5'2" curvy frame, size 12-14, 37" waist, who can also wear petite sizes. I was concerned that the "long torso" size was going to be too long for me. However, I was wonderfully surprised to find that the XXL actually fit perfectly!! Of course, I needed a little bit of help getting the waist portion of this garment closed, but that goodness for a sweet husband. Also, the fabric has a rather rubbery feeling to it, but it does not have a rubbery scent. It really shapes my waist and back side in a very nice manner! Very happy with this purchase!!

what is the return or exchange policy if you buy and the waist trainer doesn't fit right?

Hello I'm 5'6. I have a long torso and I would like to know the lenghth of this cincher to see if its appropriate for my body. I would hate buying it just to find out its to short for my body. Thanks

It's everything I expected it to be!! I love the way it fits, feel, and look. The shipping was fast!! I put it on soon as it arrived in the mail. After I put it on I was so pumped to work out and I havent worked out in years. I had my first child this year and dealing with a little belly fat.
