I received my order last week and I contacted customer service many times left many voicemails and emails still didn’t hear from them
The waist trainer smells and feels luck rubber and it caused rashes to my stomach. I got one last year from them before and it was absolutely different material so i don’t know why and when did they change the material with this ugly smelly rubber one
I am definitely will request a refund or exchange for a better quality belt . Not happy after all

I love this waist trainer. Please measure yourself before buying! The only down side I had to wash it about 3x’s before wearing because it smelled like rubber.

This is my 4th one ' I started off & a 1x had 2 of those ' had one Large now I'm done 2 a medium ' I tried several different brands over the years but this is they only brand that gave me the results I was looking for ' Love my cinchers ❤

I have truly found quality though pricy it may be. I enjoy wearing it; it gives me that extra sense of confidence as it aids with your posture. I have a bulging disk on my spine and I depend on it to help me through my day at work. It holds me in nicely and firmly. I wear an under blouse under it because the area it covers sweats a bit during the days but lesser during the winter time. I like the idea of my tummy sweating because of my ongoing goal of a smaller waist line. I wish it was a bit longer though.

Im 5'2 1/2 and the long agressive 3 hook boddy cincher dont completely fit right.put a hieght limmit.

I’m 5’3, 140 pounds. Got the waist trainer size Large using the measurements provided and instructions. The waist trainer is made of a tick latex, it feels and smells like rubber. The material is strong and looks like it will provide good compression but it was too big for me. Returned mine, got a gift card code and purchase another yesterday. Fingers crossed !

I love the way it feels when I first put it on, I look so great, my waist is defined. But when I take it off, it’s like everything is still flabby. My love handles and belly pudge are still there. I’ve had it for almost 3 weeks and can’t tell the difference when it’s off. Maybe I need to tighten it by I bought a large, my waist is about 30’ , and I wear it one the second set of the hookup part. So maybe I need to move to the tightest one. I’m looking forward to being able to purchase a medium. Also, when I take it off sometimes I can see where I’ve been sweating on the inside of the waist cincher

I have been wearing it for 10 days and I have lost 2 inches in my waist! I wear it 8 to 9 hours a day. When I sweat I itch, so that makes it tough. I do not have a latex allergy just to be clear. I have used Sauna vest in the past, but stopped because of the itching. I will try to hang in there as long as it is working and no rashes.

Totally misjudged the sizing on my body cincher. Medium or small for my next one more so medium

Very comfortable. Got about a week and a half ago and I'm about to get another one since im already on the last row! my bestfreind just got one and she loving it as well. completely and most definitely recommend.

Its very comfortable. It make me sweatif i wear it at night. I did automatically notice a difference when wearing and eating right. I seemed to need a smaller size right away though.

For my body size, it recommended me to order a large, but I decided to go a few sizes smaller. I am only on the first set of hooks with the size small (I am 5'8 and weigh 150) I have to do a little think skinny dance to put it on, but once on it gives me the perfect hourglass figure I have been wanting. I run and workout with it, sometimes even wear it to work. It does wonders.

I am very pleased with the fit. I ordered a size smaller than my waist measurement. Fits me like a glove and I like the way I look in my clothes. Will purchase an even smaller size in the future since this one is starting to feel a little loose.

It's just perfect. It's just the way it should for. Makes me feel so confident.

This chincher did not feel as strong as the last one I bought.

It's a great product and fits really nice, the only thing is it's a little difficult to start the hooks but other then that it's a great shaper

I was a bit hesitant since I'd tried on a different waist trainer that didn't fully cover my mid section. I decided to order and love the length. It comes up under my chest and sits a good 3 fingers under my belly button. It's great since I had my fourth and final baby and it holds everything in. It helps with my posture as well. The clips are strong and it seems to be sewn pretty well.
When I chose my size I went with the measurements on the chart but upon putting it on I realized I should have gone a size down. I measured a 37 and ordered the 2XL. It does fit nice and snug and feels like a good place to start but would have ultimately liked a tighter feel. It already snaps into the last set of hooks so I'll have to purchase another soon. It does fold up some on the bottom but overall it's not too bad. Wearing it while you're doing stuff I think it's bound to happen. Maybe the smaller size would not have done that?
Overall great trainer for long torso. It's put together well but if you fall between measurements I'd say go down a size for longer use.

I've worn this cincher for nearly two weeks! I've worn it for 12-16 hours a day and taken long walks using it. I've also moderated my dietary intake. Recieved it right away! I love it. However, after wearing it for several hours throughout the day you can start smelling the rubber.

I just got it today it came really fast no problems!! I love it so much it fits perfect it give me the perfect shape! I was expecting it to be uncomfortable like all the other ones I've tried!! Fits well and is comfortable, however it is not tight enough. I would like if there was a size smaller than your current smallest to achieve more drastic results.

I bought the XL and it is too big, but I can always make it tighter. My main problem is the hooks on it won't stay closed. I have tried to close the hooks while on and off and they still don't stay closed. Other than that it's nice and I would recommend it

Originally I had ordered an x large based on measurements like told on the website but that was too big for me. I emailed Customer Service and I was still unsure with what size to get so I just went with the next one down a large. Unfortunately tht too was too big I am using it on the last clasp already but I didnt want to bother with another exchange I also figured they would not want to exchange twice. The Issue I have also is perhaps i received a faulty one but the one i have cuts my skin I usually feel like a sharp scratch from wearing it and has been leaving cuts. I started using shirts under the waist trainer to see if i helps but and it does a little bit but not always. Overall I think its a good product. Just wish the sizing information was more clear as well as customer service reps to help you find the right size. I may continue to wear this but if it continues to cut my skin I may have to stop.

The packaging was great it arrived on time, however the waste trainer was to big. CSR emailed me back quickly regarding return policy
